​1. Appointments & Deposits
A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all grooming appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling must be madewith at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed (“no-shows”), will result inthe loss of the deposit.

2. Pricing & Payments
Prices vary depending on breed, size, coat condition, and behaviour. Any extra time or work required (e.g., heavy matting,fleas, difficult behaviour) may incur an additional charge, which will be discussed before proceeding. Full payment is dueupon collection of the dog. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash.

3. Health & Vaccinations
All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and in good general health. Please inform the groomer of any medical issues,allergies, or sensitivities prior to the appointment. Dogs in season or showing signs of illness, parasites (fleas, ticks, etc.), orcontagious conditions may be refused service. If parasites are found during the groom, an additional cleaning fee may applyif necessary.
4. Matting Policy
Matted coats will be handled with care; however, de-matting can cause skin irritation or reveal hidden conditions. In cases ofsevere matting, the groomer may need to clip the coat short for the dog’s comfort and safety. The client releases the groomerfrom any liability caused by necessary clipping or irritation resulting from mat removal.
5. Behaviour & Safety
If a dog displays aggression or excessive stress, the groomer reserves the right to stop the session. A partial charge willapply for time and work completed. The client must inform the groomer of any history of biting or behavioural issues beforethe appointment.
6. Accidents & Injury
Although every effort is made to ensure the dog’s safety, grooming tools can be sharp and accidents may occur. Thegroomer will take all necessary precautions, but minor nicks, irritation, or reactions can happen. The groomer is not liable forany pre-existing conditions aggravated by the grooming process.
7. Emergency Veterinary Care
In the event of an emergency, the groomer will attempt to contact the client immediately. If the client cannot be reached, thegroomer is authorised to seek veterinary care at the client’s expense.
8. Late Collection
Dogs must be collected promptly at the agreed time. A late collection fee may apply after a 30-minute grace period.
9. Photography
Photos or videos may be taken before and after grooming for records or promotional purposes. Please inform the groomer ifyou do not consent to your dog’s image being used on social media or marketing materials.
10. Liability
The groomer will take all reasonable care and precautions for the safety and comfort of the dog. However, grooming canexpose hidden medical conditions or cause minor reactions. The client agrees not to hold the groomer liable for any injuries,allergic reactions, or unforeseen issues arising from the grooming process.
